Turning a broken website into a scalable lead generation system

Rebuilt a slow, outdated website into a high-performing, conversion-focused platform in 14 days, generating over 20 qualified leads within the first month.

Overview

Altmark Solar is a solar solutions provider helping homeowners transition to sustainable energy systems.

This project was delivered in collaboration with Leadfluss, a performance marketing agency focused on generating consistent, high-quality inquiries for service-based businesses.

We were brought in as a white-label partner to handle the full redesign and development of the website.

The Problem

The existing website was outdated and limiting growth.

The site took over a minute to load and frequently broke across layouts, creating a poor first impression and reducing user trust immediately.

More importantly, there was no clear conversion structure. Visitors were not guided toward any specific action, making it difficult to turn traffic into actual inquiries.

There was also no proper tracking system in place, leaving the team with no visibility into user behavior or lead sources.

Internally, the website was difficult to manage. Even small updates required developer support and could take days, slowing down operations and limiting flexibility.

As a result, the business was losing potential customers and missing opportunities to convert incoming traffic effectively.

We also designed a CMS structure that allows the internal team to manage and update content without relying on developers.

The new design established a clean, modern, and professional identity that aligned with the expectations of high-ticket solar customers. It improved trust and clarity from the first interaction.

The website was fully developed in Webflow, including a complete multi-page structure such as home, services, contact, and supporting pages. It was built to be fully responsive across all devices and included reusable components for scalability along with CMS-driven content for easy updates.

To support data-driven growth, we implemented Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.

We also optimized the editor experience, allowing the team to update content quickly and independently.
